My name is Lenny, and I am a passionate, dedicated, Licensed Aesthetician and Owner of Aura Aesthetics located in the beautiful town of Bullhead City, AZ. I specialize in Skin + Waxing. I am a 2x Certified Acne Specialist. I also provide many more services including Brazilians, Holistic Skincare, Lash Lifts and Laminations. Besides providing a full range of cosmetic services, promoting a warm, safe, and memorable experience is what I thrive for. I hope to uplift skincare journeys and help radiate my clients from the inside out and enhance their inner and outer beauty. CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 3 reschedules for the same appointment in a row will result in a cancellation fee after the 3rd reschedule. If you cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged 75% of the service. I understand emergency situations happen, please keep an open line of communication with me if you are in a tough situation. Otherwise cancellation fee is applied. NO CALL NO SHOW I have a 10 minute grace period, If you are more than 10 minutes late there's a high possibility of your appointment being canceled. If you are more than 10 minutes late without no notice it will be considered a no call no show and will be banned from booking in the future. You will be charged 75% of the service. I don't tolerate no call no shows, I'm very easy to communicate with. You agree to these terms any time you book an appointment with me. I will also hold myself accountable to these policies as well.
