As a 2x Certified Acne Specialist, I’m passionate about helping my clients clear their skin, rebuild their confidence, and maintain long-term skin health. CANCELLATION POLICY
POLICIES I kindly ask that you respect my time and policies, as they allow me to best serve all of my clients. 🤎 • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. • After 3 consecutive reschedules for the same appointment, a cancellation fee will be applied. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies happen — please keep an open line of communication with me if you are going through a tough situation. NO CALL / NO SHOW • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no call / no show and will result in: - 100% of the service charged - Removal of future booking privileges I truly value communication and always do my best to be understanding when you reach out.
